19. One step at a time

So far with what I know, office work style is so much different than sales and F&B line. Much more flexibility was practice compared to the two industry.And I find the working environment rather pleasant. Everyone is treated with respected and I feel that there's no barriers between the supervisor and the staff, for today maybe? And we get to go lunch together as a group which is so much better than having it alone right?

Well, I wasn't able to gasp much information about the job yet.Because I still had not make any calls yet.Basically,it's just training; memorising the script, knowing the correct details to provide to the customers, answering their questions etc. I'll get to call out on monday? Can say that it's easy money today, just sitting down staring at the computer and listening to how the rest of the colleague handle the customers. For sure,training is still on tmr. I hope I don't make any mistakes serious enough to let the customers to call in for complain... I pray everything will go smoothly for the next 3 weeks.

Update again tmr then! Off to practice the script.
