19. One step at a time

I earned 21 bucks in 3 hours simply by sitting there and doing nothing!Hahas.Easy job? Yes,on the contactrary,I gain long boring of 3 hours.

Had my trial call yesterday after lunch break.Thankfully, my boredom was killed yet, at the same time, I started to panic too. I called my colleagues for practice and the feedback I got was "some says I fare okay" "some says I spoke too fast" and "some even asked questions that stunned me". After a few rounds of rehearsal,I made my very first call to my very first customer.As expected,my voice was shaking and I sounded very nervous through the phone. Luckily, the first customer was an easy-going type who didn't asked any questions, which made my call ended pretty quickly and safely too. -Phew-

Then after several tries,it got better.Until a point where a mistake happened.

I continued the conversation without asking her for verification, which was a big mistake. If I'm speaking to the wrong customer that moment,the information had leaked out through my mouth! Haix.So this happened, and I hope I won't repeat the same mistakes on monday. Because on monday, I'll out of training and be given a list of clients' name to call. So any mistake I make may lead to complains from the customer service. I hope I can get the hang of it in no time and make no mistake while attending to them.

But overall, I still prefer the environment.Working in the office is truly a better place for me.With so much freedom and little supervision. =) I'm starting to get used to the place.hahas.And I'll even bring a mug on monday like what normally office people will do.It's like going to the pantry = going to my home kitchen.

Well, smooth work on monday and get the hang of it real quick.Not to mention,able to clear my 138 target a day!
